It's not all rainbows and sunshine.⠀

When we go to live our most expansive life of creativity and contribution in alignment with true ambition, it's not like the clouds part and forevermore things are easy breezy and we ride unicorns to the community picnic every day.⠀
⠀
In fact, when we really become devoted to our paths - what isn't in alignment comes up to be transmuted. ⠀
⠀
It's by Divine design. ⠀
⠀
Yesterday I felt all the love coursing through my life and my being, and I woke up this morning in tears, feeling constricted and heavy. I could have imagined this was because something was "wrong" or that my delight of yesterday wasn't real. But the truth was, something was just coming up for me to see, so I could alchemize it and heal it.⠀
⠀
I journaled about it, texted a few friends, meditated about it, and then moved my body to allow this negative energy to be transmuted in my system. And now I feel spacious again.⠀
⠀
As we expand and awaken it requires that we align and refine in the fires of alchemization again and again and again. The willingness to walk into the fire is an important first step - to know that we can handle the heat. We can move through the portal to the other side where there is freedom (and we can ride our unicorns to the picnic at least on Fridays!)⠀
